At Fortex Fabricators, every product is custom-made to order based on your specific requirements and design approvals. Because of this, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy to ensure transparency and quality assurance.
Return Policy
- As all our products (Balcony Railings, Pergola Tops, Gates, Grills, Structural Fabrication, and Hanging Tiles) are made to order, returns are not accepted once production has begun.
- Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- Any defect or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with photo or video proof.
- Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- Once verified, we will arrange for repair or replacement of the defective product.
- No refunds, no design exchange, and no cancellations are permitted after the order moves into fabrication.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are not applicable for custom-made fabrication products under any circumstance.
- In the event of an approved replacement due to verified damage or defect, the replacement product will be delivered within 7 working days after inspection and approval.
- Fortex Fabricators does not offer cash refunds or exchanges for custom designs or measurements provided by the customer.

All Fortex Fabricators products are uniquely built to individual specifications. Please review your design, measurements, and material choices carefully before confirming your order. Once fabrication begins, no changes or cancellations can be made.
