Welcome to Fortex Fabricators. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase or enquiry.
- Nature of Our Products
Fortex Fabricators provides custom fabrication solutions, including but not limited to:
– Hanging Tiles
– Balcony Railings
– Pergola Tops
– Gates
– Grills
– Structural Fabrication
All products are made to order based on individual customer requirements, measurements, and approved designs. Production begins only after order confirmation.
- Order Confirmation
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an acknowledgment via WhatsApp, email, or phone. Fabrication will begin only after the agreed advance payment (if applicable) is received. - Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
After 12 hours, the order enters production and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
This rule applies because each order is custom-built and made specifically for the customer. - Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted once production begins.
If a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery is found, Fortex Fabricators will replace the defective item at no extra cost.
Defect claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
Refunds are not applicable under any circumstance. - Measurements & Delivery
Customers must ensure all provided measurements and details are accurate.
Fortex Fabricators is responsible only for fabrication and supply of the product.
Delivery timelines and transportation will be discussed and agreed upon during order confirmation.
The company will not be responsible for any issues caused by incorrect measurements or third-party installation. - Pricing & Payments
All pricing is based on design, materials, and size at the time of order.
Transportation and installation (if required) will be communicated separately.
Partial or full payment (as discussed) is required before starting fabrication.
As an MSME, Fortex Fabricators operates without GST registration at present. Any applicable government taxes or charges in future will be added accordingly.
Design Ownership & Copyright Protection
All designs, patterns, drawings, and visual concepts displayed or provided by Fortex Fabricators are the exclusive intellectual property of the company.
Any copying, reproducing, modifying, sharing, or using these designs by any individual, business, or organization—without written permission—is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized use of our designs will be treated as a copyright violation and may result in legal action.
